One Curi: New Policy Form
To ensure clarity and simplicity, Curi is introducing a new Medical Professional Liability (MPL) policy. We have begun rollout with physician accounts in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Washington, Oregon, Ohio, and Michigan.
As we continue to streamline operations following our merger, we’re moving to a single Curi policy form. This change will help us deliver more consistent coverage, improve transparency, and maintain financial balance between Curi and our insureds. In January 2027, we will be rolling out the new policy in phases to have all medical professional liability clients on the same policy.
We will schedule broker webinars and provide additional resources this summer, including our full communication plan for clients and brokers, an explanation of the rollout phases, and a link to an informational landing page where you will find a sample policy and answers to commonly asked questions.
One Policy Portal
We are simplifying our policy portal management systems and merging them into one enhanced portal – Curi Policy Management Portal (A.K.A., MyAccount). In September/October 2026, brokers and clients will have access to the enhanced portal using their current portal (either MyAccount or PHS) credentials.
Within the portal, you’ll see a menu of all resources and account-specific features, including:
View policy information
Access/download COI
View invoice & billing information
Clients can register for electronic invoicing and payment*
Brokers can access their commission statements
Obtain copies of policy documents
Portal user guides and training videos will be shared in advance of the portal rollout.

Renewal presentations typically include sharing a robust PowerPoint or PDF. Useful in the moment, but what happens after the meeting? Do clients remember all the benefits and resources available to them?
We’ve created an online renewal resource for our shared clients. Here we explore our full range of services, resources, and benefits. We’ve curated useful how-to information from premium payments to credentialing reports, details on benefits, risk resources, and more to help our clients continue to get the most out of their Curi partnership.
Once our clients have renewed their policy, we will send them an email with some useful information and a link to this online resource. We will encourage them to bookmark this page and visit it often, as we’ll continue to update it with additional information.
